Is there a download limit,

Yes the limit is set to 3 gigs per hour, at this limit we have encountered anyone going over that using there account, if you do the account will unlock by itself in 1 hour.

Are passwords case sensitive?

Yes they must be entered exactly the same case that you used to join.


Are all moves downloadable?

Yes all movies are meant to be downloaded and played at your leisure.


Are there Zip downloads,

Gallery 102 thru current number "as of July 10th 04" is 150, have zip download for all sets, gallery 102 was added with zips last week, more older sets will have the zip added.


I typed the wrong user account and now it wont let me try anymore.

After three wrong login attempts the server will not allowed you to try for 1 hour. You can e-mail or call and we can reset it for you quicker.


I want to cancel but cant find the right biller to cancel.
