I still can't believe that so many spammers are getting through. What's more interesting is that these might not even be spambots, but people probably in Korea (where most of these spam-type posts come from apparently) actually signing up to post about stuff that nobody will ever care about.
There needs to be e-mail conformation for each new member, the ammount of spam is rediculous and could scare away potential decent members. I also don't understand why they target Charlie, and not any of the sections that haven't been used in months.

I wish I knew why they keep targetting Charlie's forum. Might have something to do with the fact that she is the only American model who still comes here from time to time. :(

Now there is 5 pages of nothing but pure spam. Once again, I'll offer to become a moderator of this section to keep it clean, because the way things are going this forum will die - no new members will want to join if their posts are pushed off the first page by spam and I can't see Charlie wanting to return to her own forum if it is left in a state.

I know what you are saying, and I did clean this forum less than 24 hours ago. The problem isn't enough moderators. The problem is that this entire board needs to be updated and protected against spammers. But when I get no reply to my plea. Then there is little else to do against it. :(
Charlie's forum is clean again...

I just spent 7 hours cleaning the forum I had no idea it was this bad! I swear it looks like they were using the forum as a test bed for there spam bots I never seen it this bad.
From now on I will get know when new people join if it does not look right I will delete them right away.

From now on I will get know when new people join if it does not look right I will delete them right away. There have been days that there were a few hundered spam-posts made within 24 hours! :(
So I decided that as long as nothing was done about the problem, I would only clean the forums of Bobbi, Charlie and Terri, since these were the only ones that had still some sort of normal traffic going on.
One bit of advice, check your computer on viruses. Some of the spam posts that had pictures has virusses in the gif, bmp or jpg pictures, that kept generation (and thus slowing down your computer) in your cash. Thankfully my AntiVir Virus scanner stopped them each time a picture was loaded on my screen.

They will still get in but we can really slow them down big time.
