Is there a reason as to why the Members list is disabled?

Is there a reason as to why the Members list is disabled? Don't know. Not my department. Might have something to do with the near 5,000 spam accounts I've locked and banned this year alone. :(

If it's that bad then the administrators are going to eventually have to transfer this entire board somewhere else or to a different program.

Actually, the memberlist must have been disabled to avoid running on too much CPU. As for the spams, the only thing that should be done is update the message board software to a more up-to-date version.

If it gets very bad the whole board is going to have to be nuked and restarted from scratch.

It won't get that bad unless the spammers are not banned and their posts deleted. Besides, there's no need to nuke the board and restart it from scratch anyway. Just need to clean up only if ever it happens!

Yeah, but sometimes, you seem to have some issues banhammering the spammers! Maybe the banhammer is too heavy for you? :p

Still it is annoying to see random user names spamming.
