Hobbies

Hi. Charlie and the gang I just started a new hobby:P :p , I'm now a home brewer. My first concoction will be named after my ex-wife-"Chula Vista Red B.....err Witch" . :p Chula Vista Red Witch is a red ale and will be ready to drink in two weeks wish me luck :cool: Any one else doing anything for an interesting hobby? :cool:

Haha, cool hobby. I'd love to be able to brew my own beer, but I wouldn't have a clue on how to do it. But then it would be easier to just trek to bargain booze and just grab a crate of Newcastle Brown, true ale :cool:

Your hobby is very cool :cool: its providing the world with joyful sounds :) As for brewing beer I got a kit and some mixes from MrBeer along with step by step instructions if you can follow them and keep your hands clean :p you can brew beer :cool:

I'm deep into sake and champagne especially. Red wine is good too as well as white wine but it depends on the mood. Usually, I'd go for sake and champagne is, well, for special occasions. :rolleyes:

:cool: I just mixed Cowboy Lager with 3/4 cup clover Honey and it is fermenting now.When finished I'll call it "Charlies (A) Hunny Lager", and I'll be drinking it about the 25th of August. My first batch will be drank this coming Saturday :cool:

I love sake too its great with either Sapporo or Kirin Beer although the last time I drank any I almost wound up on the train for Osaka (I was in Tokyo at the time) fortunatly someone was sober enought to stop them.And i do also love a good red wine with my steak. :cool:

LMAO! Hopefully you said you were in Tokyo or I'd swear you almost took off with a plane to go there! :p

Otherwise, I don't drink sake with anything else. Usually, I would warm it up so the perfume of it goes around and drink it afterwards while it's still hot. And most of the time, I drink it either after a Japanese meal, either like you drink a Martini or something of the kind. Red wine usually goes with the steak with me too. Especially at dinner time in the evening. :)

:cool: Last night myself and some buddies including my stepson tryed and enjoyed my beer :cool: In fact my stepson is going to take a bottle to work to give to his lady boss(she's a hotty) :p I think he's following my advice and sleeping his way to the top :p Although being at the top at the a Chula Vista Recreation Department Pool hmmmmm I just don't know :confused: So how is everyone else doing? Also in 13 days Charlies' (a) Hunny Lager will be ready :cool:
